The available for sale residences are the ones on the left side of the complex. The building block consists of two separate two storey residences with the use of advanced techniques and technologies based on the need for a new way of thinking. Residence I (Ground house) occupies the use of private garden while Residence II (Upper House) takes advantage of the view and the exclusive use of the roof garden. The two residences are independent, have separate entrances and full autonomy in all infrastructures. Τhe external shape of the building is defined by clear volumes and the use of contemporary materials, while glass balustrades do not interrupt the view. The high aesthetic result of the residences is achieved through the use of modern forms and materials. Special attention has been paid to the sunlight, blooming the interior through the wide span openings. The entire building is using Exterior insulation finish system, STO Therm, while the aluminum thermal break windows –ETEM profiles- have energy efficient glasses.
